I'm basting side so when done with center I will come back and take
out basting and quilt sides with a half feather.

Felice brought me a photo of this quilt with the quilting on it and
asked me to quilt it the same way. It was a great choice for this
quilt. And like the other quilts I have quilted for her the
construction of the top is outstanding.

MCQG Pillow Raffle

I volunteered to make raffle pillow for the Martin County Quilt
Guild.We meet this Thursday. I need to make 1 pillow but what good I'd
just 1. My kids would fight over 1 pillow. So I'm making 2.

was accepted by the jury for further consideration in the AQS Quilt
Expo in Knoxville, Tennessee, July 22-25,2009.
I quilted the quilt for her so I also get a ribbon. This is my first
from AQS ribbon. I hope not my last.
